Welcome to Connecting Hope Coaching!

 

I created Connecting Hope Coaching because

I believe connection can be the beginning of transformation! 

​

My passion centers around helping girls and women

recognize their voice, strengthen their confidence,

and move forward when they feel stuck!

​

I work with teen girls as they navigate friendships, emotions,

confidence, communication, changing family dynamics and

the challenges of growing into who they are becoming! 

​

I also work with women who are ready to get unstuck, find their voice,

reconnect with themselves, and take their next step!

​

And for moms, I provide coaching and practical strategy sessions

designed to help strengthen the relationship between

mother and daughter- especially during the challenging teen years.

​

At the heart of everything I do is one belief:

You don't have to navigate growth alone!

I believe every girl and women has a voice worth hearing, a story worth

honoring, and the ability to take meaningful steps forward.

supportive space where growth begins with

connection- and hope heads to action!
