Groups for Women

Hand Made Macrame

Moms Empowered to thrive

Parenting is challenging! There isn't an instruction book!

Just when you think you have a handle on a certain stage, they change! Tween/Teen years can be tricky!

There are so many changes for both you and your daughter!

Your daughter is going through major physical and psychological changes, often navigating new schools and

friend groups and developing their sense of self.

Moms are having to learn to let go, build trust

and teach important life lessons!

Challenging uncharted times!

During this time as moms we can question ourselves a lot.

What I hear moms asking is, "Am I getting this right?"  "Is this "normal?""  "I feel like I'm walking on eggshells!''  "We just keep butting heads.''  This can all leave you feeling burnt out,

afraid to say no, prioritizing others over yourself and beating

yourself up and questioning yourself.

Culture says this is a horrible fearful time with our kiddos

and it just doesn’t have to be that way.

Moms Empowered to Thrive will help you gain confidence in this stage of mothering! Allow you space to put your own oxygen mask on to show up well both for yourself and your kiddos.

This group helps empower you to go after the healthy and deeply connected relationship you desire with your daughter. This time together connects a community of loving mommas in the same boat which offers encouragement

that you are not alone in the mothering journey!

Moms, time to gain confidence and strengthen ourselves is an invaluable gift to not only ourselves but our children.
